The Electrical Engineer, under the supervision of the Vice President of Engineering, works in collaboration with a cross-functional team on the design of specialized vehicles, electric vehicles, customization projects, and the development of test benches.

Job description

• Define electrical product architectures
• Program controllers
• Design and create drawings for electrical harnesses

Key competencies

• Versatile, dynamic, and organized individual
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Logical thinking and understanding of PID control
• Knowledge of system programming (e.g., ladder, C, Visual Basic, etc.)
• Familiarity with best practices in low-voltage (12/24VDC) harness design
• Experience with electrical design and/or drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD)
• Basic knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics

Requirements

• College or university degree in Electrical Engineering
• More than 10 years of machinery design experience

Benefits

• Experience working on mobile products
• Knowledge of high-voltage system design (~450VDC)
• Experience programming with Danfoss PLUS+1 GUIDE system
• Familiarity with ZUKEN software
