The After-Sales Service Director, under the supervision of the President, is responsible for customer service with our dealers as well as spare parts sales.

Job description

  • Strategically and efficiently plan after-sales service operations

  • Build the team and improve departmental processes

  • Manage the internal sales and service parts teams

  • Manage the technical support and warranty team

  • Develop spare parts sales strategies for distributors

  • Lead strategic discussions with dealers

  • Drive improvements to current products

  • Support the organization of promotional events

  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to their resolution

  • Develop internal tools and training for distributors

Requirements

  • Over 10 years of experience in after-sales service management in the industrial equipment market

  • Strong technical knowledge in mechanics and electrical systems

  • University degree or relevant experience

  • Willingness to travel occasionally
