Job description

Coordinate and manage logistics activities, including product shipments and delivery scheduling

Track and follow up on customer accounts and sales orders

Process parts orders and coordinate with the warehouse and service teams

Prepare and maintain sales and shipping-related documentation (invoices, packing slips, customs forms, etc.)

Update the CRM system and ensure timely follow-up on sales opportunities
-
Support the execution of marketing campaigns and event logistics (trade shows, customer visits, etc.)

Coordinate the creation and distribution of promotional materials

Assist in organizing inventory movements and maintaining accurate records
Key competencies
Requirements
-
College diploma in administration, logistics, or a related field
-
Experience in administrative coordination, preferably in a logistics or operations environment
-
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant logistics or ERP software
-
Knowledge of shipping processes and commercial operations is preferred
-
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Bilingual: Fluent in English with functional French
-
Basic understanding of mechanical components is an asset
